HUXLEY — The No. 13 Ballard girls’ soccer team won its fourth game in succession April 26 at Huxley by posting a 5-0 shutout against Carlisle.

The Bombers fired off an impressive 37 shots on goal, improving to 4-1 on the season. The Ballard defense was also outstanding as keeper Sierra Knight only had to make three saves to preserve the Bombers’ second shutout of the season.

Steph Knittel scored two goals, and Sydney Smith and Rachel Watters each added one goal and assist apiece for Ballard. Nicole Watters also drilled one into the net for the Bombers.
