4/4: Officer responded to the 500 block of Park Street, where a Semi truck hit a power line and pulled it down.

4/5: Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on 585th near Highway 210. The driver of the vehicle, a 31-year-old Cambridge man, was suspended from driving. He was cited and released with a court date for Driving Under Suspension.

4/22: Officer charged a 20-year-old McCallsburg man with Possession of alcohol under the legal age at Third and Water Street.

4/26: Officer received a complaint from a business at the 300 block of Water Street of a bad check that was written. A ten-day notice was sent.

Huxley officers had two arrests for the month, one was for Driving Under Suspension and the other for Possession of Alcohol Under the Legal Age. Officers issued five citations for traffic offenses and gave eighteen warnings. Officers received thirty-two calls for service and had a total of 101 contacts for the month. Officers used 2.75 hours toward investigations, providing service, or answering calls and gave 92.25 hours of general patrol.
