The Collins-Maxwell ag department students participated in the 2018 National Manufacturing Day at Dee Zee in Des Moines.

Students learned about the specialty equipment the company manufactures for vehicles. They observed welding (robotic and non-robotic), research and development and powder coating, and were also able to complete a toolbox build and take it back to school. The toolbox has a Collins-Maxwell Spartans badge on the front to make it the only one like it in the world. Thanks, Dee Zee, for the truck toolbox! This was a great opportunity for students!

We would also like to thank Dee Zee for their donation towards our new CNC Plasma Cutter. It is much appreciated!
