Late-Start Maker Monday

K through fourth-graders can come hang out with Ms. Brittany before school and complete fun activities for the day. There will be Halloween slime, mini pumpkin decorating, games and other crafts during the month of October! Registration is required. Brittany will walk kids to the elementary school at 10 a.m.
DIY Card Crafting
Tuesday, Oct. 2, 6 p.m.
Handmade cards are fun to create and treasured by the recipients. Make two cards each of four different designs — a fall-theme thank-you, a birthday card suitable for all ages, a winter-theme card and a multi-purpose (thinking of you, sympathy, e.g.) card—using numerous techniques. Preregistration required. There will be a $5 material fee payable that night. Beginners are welcome, as are children 12 and older when accompanied by an adult. Feel free to bring scissors and adhesive if you have them, and prepare to have a good time!

Four Seasons Photo Club

The Four Seasons Photo Club meets on the first Thursday of the month, September through May. Come learn about photography techniques, and discuss with other photographers ways to improve your photography. Watch for our guest speakers, who have great insight into photography. New members always welcome.
Second annual no-carve book character pumpkin decorating contest!
Drop off your pumpkins anytime between Monday, Oct. 8 and Friday, Oct. 19 to be entered into the contest! Voting takes place the following week, so come in and cast your vote! There will be prizes for the top three pumpkins.

DIY Etched Pumpkins
