Logan Gibbs, a 6-0, 200 lb. junior linebacker from Maxwell, had a career-high 10 tackles with three solos and seven assists to go along with a pass breakup in the Morningside College’s win against Midland. Gibbs topped his previous best of eight tackles against Nebraska Wesleyan University last season. Gibbs is fourth on the Mustangs’ tackle chart with 21 stops, including 2.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage for losses of 17 yards, and is the team leader with 1.5 quarterback sacks.

Gibbs had 18 tackles, including 3.5 stops behind the line of scrimmage for losses of 11 yards, to go along with 1.5 quarterback sacks and an interception last season.
