ANKENY - The Collins-Maxwell-Baxter boys’ soccer team concluded the regular season with a 4-2 victory at Ankeny Christian Academy May 16.

The win was the Raiders’ fifth in a row as they improved to 8-10. It was also CMB’s second triumph over ACA in a week, with the Raiders earning a 5-4 victory at home on May 12.

In the rematch, CMB received two goals and one assist from Ryan Sabastiano. Carter Fricke and Josh Bruntz each chipped in one goal and assist apiece, and Cody Haugen had one assist.

Brendyn Padget made eight saves at keeper for CMB. Gavin Mason scored both goals for ACA.
