With your dog as your guide, enjoy a spring hike with Story County Conservation! Join Naturalist Heather Hucka for Pooches in the Park on Saturday, April 26 from 2 – 3:30 p.m. at Robison Wildlife Acres (29490 632nd Ave., Nevada).

Enjoy viewing beautiful woodland flowers and abundant song birds while hiking at Robison, a "must see" park in the spring. After the hike, you’ll enjoy apple lemonade and treats while the pooches relax and socialize with new friends. Come outside - your dog will thank you!

Participants must present a copy of a current rabies vaccination for their pet. All pooches must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Non-aggressive dogs only! Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. This event is free, but registration is required by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 18.

To register for the hike, or for more information contact the Story County Conservation Center at 515-232-2516 (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday) or email us at conservation@storycounty.org.
