Rowley Masonic Community, in partnership with Kindred Hospice, is honoring the Veterans of the Rowley Masonic Community with a permanent installation of a Veterans Wall outside the Theater Room in the Main Hall.
“Rowley Masonic Community is so thankful to the veterans who served our country,” Administrator Kate Klimesh said. “We know their sacrifice and commitment ensured our freedom. It is truly our honor and privilege to have them call Rowley Masonic Community home.”
The dedication of the wall will take place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 14 at Rowley Masonic Community, 1300 28th St, Perry. The Color Guard will present the colors to the Great Room and the Veterans of Rowley Masonic Community, all 18 of them, will be honored with prayer, a pinning ceremony and certificate from Kindred Hospice, and finally the unveiling of the Veterans Wall in the main hallway of Rowley Masonic Community.
The Veterans Wall will have photos displayed by branch of service. The ceremony is open to the public, and there will be refreshments served after the program. For more information, contact 515-465-5316.
