11/14: Officer responded to the 500 block of Sycamore to check on the welfare of a resident. Contact was made and a Cambridge juvenile was transported to the hospital for treatment.


11/22: Officer received a complaint of a Violation of a No Contact Order at the 200 block of Race. A Cambridge woman was contact via social media by the suspect, who possibly resides in Waukee. Ongoing. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on First and Race. The driver of the vehicle, an 18-year-old Slater man, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.


11/23: Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at Fourth and Water Street. The driver of the vehicle, a 45-year-old Nevada man, was suspended from driving. He was cited and released with a court date for Driving Under Suspension.


Officers had two arrests for the month, one was for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the other was for Driving Under Suspension. Officers issued five citations for traffic violations, gave 11 warnings, received 22 calls for service or assistance and had a total of 62 contacts for the month. Officers used 3.5 hours toward investigations, answering calls for service or providing assistance, and gave 66.5 hours of general patrol.
