The Palestine Peppy Pushers Clover Kids group got a special visit from the Wildlife Care Clinic Sunday evening at their monthly meeting. The visit was made possible through a donation from South Story Bank.
The kids enjoyed getting an up-close view of a red-tailed hawk and an owl, as well as seeing and touching a variety of wildlife artifacts. They also learned about the digestive process of the birds through the dissection of pellets. Thanks, South Story Bank and the Wildlife Care Clinic, for making this visit possible — it was an amazing experience!
