Sign up today for Ames Parks & Recreation fitness classes. Our second fall session begins Monday, Oct. 21! Fun classes offered this session include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), trampoline and pump classes, Zumba, Zumba toning, step aerobics, total body conditioning, power pump, pilates, yoga, senior fitness classes and more! We are now introducing a yoga class on Wednesdays, 12:10-12:55 p.m., beginning Oct. 23.
